As if BJ Coleman did anything in his career at UT to warrant us keeping him around.
He got beat out by Crompton, who actually developed into a decent college QB. Did you expect him to do more than that his sophomore year? The more I read this site the more I hate people in general...

EDIT: One more thing... did Tee Martin do anything to warrant UT keeping him around before 1998? I rest my case.

Tahj didnt fit the Kiffin system
Yea. Who needs a QB that can pass and RUN?:lolabove: I don't understand why TN insists on a Pro-style QB. The teams that go for the dual threat seem to have more options, as far as, offensive play calling. In my opinion, they give the opposing defense much more of a headache.

Exactly JacketVol.

I'm going to go with NFL scouts opinion on a guy's pro prospects over volfaninwartburg98.

I guess people didn't watch Clemson's QB play towards the end of the season. Not even close Bray is so much better than Boyd.

I guess you didn't watch Matt Simms play when Bray got hurt. Boyd was obviously better. 2 good QB's > 1 good QB

who got less terrible the last five or six games of his CAREER. A lot of people thought Coleman should have gotten a shot--including Coleman--and it seems they were all right. NOBODY could have been a worse QB than Crompton was as a junior and halfway through his senior year. Betty White would have done as well.

Am I the only one who remembers B.J. Coleman against Vandy?

I honestly thought BJ could've developed into a legit QB for UT. He was easily the best QB in the Shrine game, and I think he would've certainly been better than Simms.
