In case folks didn't know: You can share your YoutubeTV sub with 4 or 5 other people.
They tried to push me to their crappy box because it was cheaper. I took it back and said it was cheap for a reason. It was absolute crap. They'll promote it until people start doing it. Seriously though I may look into that. Do you get 4k with the basic subscription? Spectrum is trying to phase out the set top box with their crappy streaming box. The xumo box has to be the worst of all the steaming boxes created.

Maybe. There must be a lot of that going on because they gave me the one I have. I think it was $5 a month until you paid it off or pay the $60 up front. I told him all my tvs were Roku so he just said I could have it. I can’t remember what the reason is but I think there is one which is why I bother using it on my main tv.
I believe the 4k is $9.99 extraThey'll promote it until people start doing it. Seriously though I may look into that. Do you get 4k with the basic subscription? I've done it for at least the last 8 months. Zero issues. 2 of them are in TX, 1 in in NY. I'm in GA.They'll promote it until people start doing it. Seriously though I may look into that. The 4k package is 9.99 but also get you unlimited streams at home, and also the ability to download shows to view offline. There isn't a lot of 4k content though. I think this is the first year I've seen NFL games available in 4k though, so it's getting better. Which means a price increase is getting close probably. But the ESPN/ABC primetime games are in 4k. I ditch it after football season. There must be a lot of that going on because they gave me the one I have. I think it was $5 a month until you paid it off or pay the $60 up front.
