Great! Then you can divert resources to those needs (or maybe address their root causes?). Rather than having militarized police taking on mentally ill, drug, domestic issues, traffic calls. The current system is entirely inefficient.Im sorry sir but i respectfully disagree. I'm in one of the murder capitals of the US. We are already under budgted and under staffed. Even our BLACK police chief says this is stupid. Maybe u live in Mayberry or something
Sure you do. I’ve been involved with more than 3,000 court cases there junior. And you might want to check to what lies the DA said that got him in trouble and proves he will lose this caseWell I promise you this. I know more about case law than you do. And I would venture to guess that the District Attorney in Atlanta also knows more case law than you do. Shutting someone in the back as their running away is not going to help the defense. Also, the fact he kicked him in the head after he shot him three (3) times is going to make this look a lot more than some self defense. The good news is our citizens will decide his fate, care to make a wager on whether he is found guilty?
Agreed. Besides, why raise money for BLM when the Clinton Foundation and Soros pack the pockets of BLM?Late to the party. SIAP.
I love the black jerseys. I like the look and the feel of the team in them. I am not a traditionalist.
Two issues with this plan:
1. It should worn the week before against Arkansas even though it isn't a home game because we play on halloween. How many other teams have an orange and black option for a halloween game? Perfect match, imo.
2. Choose a better 'charity' to support. Best if politics stays as far away from sports as possible.
divert resources of an underfunded, understaffed, and underpaid department. I'll say it again. Brilliant postGreat! Then you can divert resources to those needs (or maybe address their root causes?). Maybe you should research the strategies more. You might like them.
What about the rest of the players do they have a voice? This is my first post, but not going to be my last. I am deeply troubled by a lot of these comments. I also wonder to myself how many would be made in public with a person's real name attached to it. It is like you cheer for these young African-American Student Athletes but you don't really care what they have to say or how they feel. They are hurting, they are in pain, black lives are being taken for granted by our government. That is not a myth or fiction it is a fact. Coach Pruitt should not be accused of pandering or bolstering his recruiting profile, he should be praised for being a leader. Showing our young African-American Student Athletes how to protest peacefully and have their voices heard. He is de-escalating a painful truth many non-whites don't want to hear or even acknowledge. By comparison we could have had someone as tone deaf as Mike Gundy. I went to UT, I graduated from UT and today I am so very proud of my alma mater. And, candidly if you are not on board, I suggest you get out of the way and don't stop progress because change is coming fast and Neyland Stadium is not going to be the last place you see it. GBO and VFL (1993).
The DA's case almost 100% depends on where it gets tried. I would be very surprised if this case ends up in Atlanta and depending on the color of the judge if it's a jury trial or bench trial.Sure you do.
