He would probably just show me on the continuum where it says .. since I have enough money to buy him one , then I should buy everybody in the place one . That would be the recommended positive influence I should have on our society . Lol
Perhaps but if we're talking about state run care then it can't just be a bottomless well. Isn't that one of those evil entitlements I'm always hearing about?
You've signed a contract with insurance that legally obligates them to pay valid claims. They arent the arbiter of who deserves the payout based on anything but the coverage and contract. That contract cannot be altered without consent of both parties. So the situation of determining the value of an operation based on age, sex, life threatening or inconvenience doesnt exist as long as it is medically relevant(even some cosmetic is covered). Those metrics are not used with insurance and it's a good thing. With a government system, those metrics can be used and I know for a fact are used in England.Insurance behaves in the exact same way. They don't make money by paying claims
