Apparently the Johnson City rumor wasn’t him and I think the Sevierville event was a relative or friend of his getting arrested. He’s gone all Houdini on the po po.
I did find an interview of a few hrs ago of a TBI official, Rausch, I think.

He said, its cowardly and complicit for anybody to help the perp, yet he still could turn himself in, but sooner or later they would get him. And he concluded by saying all should act in a manner to let the justice system play out the way it is supposed to do.

So not just shoot him in DeHart on sight?

In all seriousness even if the police found him and weren't of a mind to end him regardless I find it unlikely this guy has the surrender mindset. If he's not taken down outright I'm thinking suicide.

Where is DeHart originally from? Sometimes when someone is on the run, they will try to go "home" either to seek actual aide, or just psychological comfort, or to make their last stand.
