I wonder if the lady officer getting accidentally tazed is what allowed the murderer the opportunity to shoot. I would imagine this situation will be used for training for traffic stops, because it sounds like a couple mistakes ended up being costly.

That was going to be my next point. I’ve seen it happen over and over again. Even if they do go to jail/prison, they have TV’s, tablets, phones, commissary…like, what’s even the punishment?
