Football is what brings the money in - not other sports. In addition to that, one can argue that Vandy is average in Bball and baseball.

So, being better than half of the conference is reason for ridicule?

My nit was with the use of the term "sports" instead of "football."

their football program really isn't that capable of really too much better than what we've seen recently.

Until Vandy lowers academic eligibility requirements for football players to a level similar to that of other SEC schools, it doesn't matter who their head coach is.
