Guys are in the NFL that has been kicking for 15-20 yrs counting high school and getting paid huge $$ and miss key FG's every weekend. So by your thinking should every pitcher go out and throw a no hitter each game? I mean that's all they ever do is pitch?

Yeah it's almost like that, except not at all. It would be more like giving the pitcher two pitches to throw one strike. I bet most college pitchers could that. If not, is that who you want on scholarship as your go to reliever?

Oh yeah, and what happens to those NFL kickers when they start to miss field goals? Do you think if UT was ran like an NFL team that Lincoln would be here this year. So if you think about it like a normal person, it would seem that there is a lot more pressure of kickers in the league. NFL - you miss, you find a new way to feed your family. College - you miss, it's embarrassing and you catch hell. Not quite the same.
