The first one he sailed, the second yes was tipped. Manning's luck stops him in the most inopportune moments.

I may be coming off all wrong here. He has the worst luck when it comes to tipped passes and I see QBs like Brady not have those issues so I see that as failure. Not the he isn't trying but his own bad Juju is failing him.

These refs are horrrrrrid. Obvious false start, no flag. Then, the play clock is at zero for 4 seconds before a flag.
