I don't recall having recently claimed that Tedford is overrated. I haven't said it in this thread. I certainly wouldn't say something like Tedford is the most overrated coach ever.

How is our program overrated? We get little coverage on football shows. Hell, Cal gets more than we do.

Funny you mention that. I have always thought of Tedford as one of the best offensive coordinators in college football.

No, Cal is not a perennial 2nd in the Pac-10. They are part of the rotating door populated by Washington State, Oregon, Oregon State, UCLA and Arizona State that produces a 2nd place in the Pac-10.

I'm with VIA on this one. Tedford is definitley overrated as a head coach, he and Cal football have gone on to make Pac-10 footbal look bad over the years, including last year's beatdown in Knoxville, and the bowl loss to Texas Tech.
