Why not. He can not get open as well as the guys we had this season or...he can actually ball.
Let him prove it
If he gets shut down,it's on him.and he goes back to D. If he shows out, pay that man his money

Sounds like mismanagement then. We needed more playmakers this season. Why didn’t we try him there. He did good returning punts later in the year
Not at all, We needed talent and depth at the DB position, plus he wasnt going to earn snaps over Dante, Bru, Brazzell, Squirrell, Matthews, Nimrod, or Webb anyways. Learning 1 position as a freshman is hard enough.

Agreed, need to learn your primary positions (star and PR) well before venturing out to offense. Next year he may well be ready.

Also, Boo hasn't had the benefit of of a RS season to beef up yet.

That too, the WRs on this team need to be able to block. Squirrell has the hardest time with it. But, boy...Mike Matthews doesnt. 😂

Several of the talking heads covering the Vols were very dismissive of Boo playing offense. Turns out, us fans were on to something suggesting he get reps on offense. Feels good to be right after being made to feel silly for suggesting it. I am looking at you Tony Basilio.
