Man that's a lot of books. What is your average time for finishing a book that has more than 100 pages?

It's hard to say. I usually read multiple books at once. Like now I am reading PIG to the Presidents, V for Vendetta, and Ender's Game.

I made a resolution to read 20 books a year like 6 years ago, and I've kept it up so far.

Did you draw that avatar?
Are you a fan of any genre Fantasy, Horror, etc?

Have never read a horror book. Fantasy, somewhat. Read a ton of Xanth when I was a kid, but I mostly stick to popular stuff like the Hobbit and Game of Thrones.

I found the avatar here. Not an artist at all.

52 Characters From "The Wire," Illustrated

I think it can be put in both categories of Both Fantasy and Horror.
NightLife
It's book one in the Cal and Leandros series. If you are a fan of the tv show Supernatural I would reccomend this.

I want to add the Thrawn trilogy is one of the best Star Wars stories written. Really wish that was what the next set of movies were based off of.

I actually had no idea they were making a movie. What a coincidence that I just started reading it:

Helter Skelter

Currently An unexpected grace which was published this year.

The story of a woman Lila that survived a office shooting but can't make sense as to why it happened. She recovers at a friend's house of her, and is forced into caring for a former abused golden retriever female name Grace.
This only adds to Lila's stress as she's afraid of dogs which is revealed in book as to why, also grace only perks up for Adam the neighbor the saved her. It's pointed out both suffered through no fault of their own, not surprising with grace trusting Adam it's Lila being nudged gently to do the same.

As a dog lover, and a sucker for great covers I couldn't resist this plus since the dog I had was a golden retriever plus reading the plot on the back it sounded great.
I'm hoping the story is as great as the cover which is a real picture so movie style or of a golden retriever up close and some background that isn't clear.
