Should be 2nd or 3rd check-down on all passing plays unless play called directly to TE.

There is no excuse for him not to get 2-3 touches a game.

Yup, And Nico will probably be given a LOT more calls to throw over the middle than we saw this season

Fant was used alot and was everywhere. Non of the TEs on the roster this past season could do what he did. This guy should be similar and even better. The scheme is good to TEs

This is huge!! We need a good blocking TE!

He's more than just a good blocking TE. 176 yards and 4 TDs as a redshirt freshman. He was nearly as productive as a redshirt freshman and NDs no. 2 TE, as our No. 1 TE was last year.

There's been plenty of situations where a good player has passed over us to stack the bench at Georgia or bama, its worth pointing out regardless.

Wow, so aside from NCSU he had 61 yards on the season. Is he a really good blocker?
