In my younger days it would take a large U-Haul box to house all my shoes to and fro. I'm glad I got past that. Being a man and all.

gonna get a heat stroke some day. take it inside on the treadmill. no traffic to look out for. can't cheat on pace. you can watch shows or watch other people w/o wile you cardio. much better for your joints. win/win/win.

I hear ya but I ain’t listening. No way I could use a treadmill inside after running the pavement for long as I have. Can’t see, hear, smell or do what I’ve done while out galloping if you’re inside. Some people were born to be outside & I’m one of em. I going to be outside every day I can regardless of the heat.
