Good question, but I doubt people named Cobbvol, VolinWayne, or Septic know the true answer. From my perspective:

We live in a sinful world due to the decision made by Adam and Eve for Satan. The world was perfect before that choice but today it is not. With that action, everyone now has a choice in how they live their lives. Sin leads to suffering and the perfect world you are describing where the there is no suffering is in Heaven and we are not there yet. If God stepped in to end all suffering today on Earth for all it would prove that Satan was correct. God states that the path to Heaven is through his son Jesus Christ.

What part of "freedom to make our own choices" don't you understand? Most of the victims of atrocities (besides for disease) are the direct result of the existence of evil in the world. Yes, I totally agree it would be great if these things wouldn't happen and there would be no evil in the world

I don't have that answer and don't pretend to. It is my opinion that a lot of diseases (particularly cancer) are brought on by humans through all of the additives and chemicals we use every day that come with the warning label "may cause cancer". https://oehha.ca.gov/proposition-65/proposition-65-list

No, that would at the hands of evil and dispicable people, or natural events, etc. JMO. There are a lot of things that can't be understood or explained by us humans. I'm one of those that doesn't always get why some things happen to some people and not others. But, I also get I was given the freedom to choose one lifestyle or another, and I'm really the only thing I can answer for when my clock ticks out.
