The networks talked down about Tennessee all year long, denigrated the fans and school at every turn, showed bias towards bama in the playoffs and now these a** clowns denied hooker the invitation to NY that he earned.

So I've decided that I am simply going to turn the tv off and listen to Bob during the games. It can't be worse than Gary Danielson.

Brother, I understand your frustration…but at the end of the day they are owned by Disney and wouldn’t go broke even if our entire fanbase boycotted them. It is what it is, the best thing that we can do is win games to piss them off.

They actually got on the Tennessee bandwagon until Georgia. But their history and their recent stuff is not pro Tennessee.

We must remember they are paid to entertain and despite having a background in football, most are just mouth pieces for an agenda. Most anything on tv has some agenda.

I honestly think that if “everyone loved UT,” VN would be so pissed. Vols fans love to be hated by everyone.

Vanderbilt is the only fan base that hates UT more than any school. They don’t count like the others, but us Vols fans embrace being disliked by everyone. We b!+ch about it, but deep down love it!

I felt like they kept giving us Gameday hoping we would lose and they could talk crap about us.

It's all about money and clicks. They benefit nothing by running with the Hooker storyline. They did earlier in the year. But now that Hooker is injured it does them no good. Same thing for Blake Corum. Now they want to push the storyline for the playoff teams and their QBs.

Disney has been hurt quite a bit by Covid and the economy. They’re struggling more than some are aware. Quite a leadership shakeup there lately.

Espn came to Knoxville twice in one season and then showed up in Athens. They talked about how great our offense was every chance they could and then we got dominated twice. That's not the fault of ESPN that's on the team. I have to disagree with op on this one
