From an opposing fans perspective, we too have a hostess program. They sit with the recruits at the game and hang out with them while they are on their visits as well as the player that is specifically hosting the recruit. I don't think you need to stop the hostess program however when you may need to review the screening process. Miss Earps seems a little too proud of her recruiting abilities and her role in the matter. Also I would make it abundantly clear what they can and cannot do per NCAA regs.
