just saying if Butch stays around you never know. Why Brandon would go to UNC i do not know UT has a great staff and one of the best damn Defense coach ever.

they have been recruiting well for a few years now and I still haven't seen them do anything.

IMO they are just one of those teams that will never be better than 7-5...they seem to beat some good teams every year (Va Tech), but lose to some terrible ones as well (UVA)

UNC will not be competing for ACC titles unless the old Big East gets put back together, Florida State gets the death penalty, Georgia Tech and Clemson join the SEC and Wake Forest decides to just give up.

Butch is a great recruiter and has been bringing in talented players ever since he came to UNC, but he is a horrible game day coach and can't make adjustments on the fly (i.e. UNC vs FSU game this year)

so previously on this thread, people mentioned papa Willis meeting with UT coaches on thursday. UT coaches are all over the state of Tennessee today. Anyone know anything? Any updates?

Oh, and V,B...EDIT: went back and read, its referring to papa Willis arriving in san Antonio to discuss with Brandon. Sorry....V,B.

On the "second guessing" thing I say he's second guessing UNC. I read an article at the beginning of the week that he arrived decked out in UNC gear with a quote about how there were going to be 2 hats-UNC and UCLA. I say the addition of the UT hat after the in home visit with dad, and then his father going to San Antonio bodes very well for us.

The fact he is adding a UT hat tells me that things have changed in the last week big time. I think LV is right and v,b

Getting him back will be fantastic.

We are on the cusp of a top 5 and maybe top 3 finish.

No doubt about it, we will finish in the top 10.

Ed O, Monte, Lane, Lance wouldn't be happy with a top 10 finish.

They are shooting for numero uno.
