With no other major programs in the thick of it, it's a no-brainer. He'll get a boat load more media coverage as a Vol than he would at SDSU...even here in SoCal, his homeboys would see him more, as a Vol.
If he is able to be an early enrollee, I think he has a very solid chance to beat Stephens for the starting position next fall. For one thing, I'm convinced that CLK wants to get HIS players on the field ASAP, so he doesn't feel straddled with players he inherited from the previous staff.
That's not to say he's willing to screw the veterans over...but if Bray and Stephens are on the same level, I think Bray get's the nod.
