Breaking Bad on amc

I watched the season 3 premiere live which means I was probably on board sooner than most but definitely not from the beginning.

I binge-watched the first 2 seasons and got burnt out....then everybody told me I had to pick it up again. I was all in after season 3. That end to season 3 was phenomenal.

Out of all the awesome moments of the show, my favorite was when Jesse is walking toward the drug dealers that killed the kid, and Walt runs them down, and says "run!"

Yes! That was the end of season 3, IIRC. That's what I was trying to reference.

I'm proud to say that I watched every episode on its first showing including the world premier of the pilot episode. I have to admit that it gives me an irrational sense of pride or ownership of the series. Thus, it probably skews my view of it. As it is, it is my all time favorite show.

I watched all of my favorites (The Shield, Justified and Arrested Development) from the beginning. I think having to wait a week and building the anticipation helps a show, that's why I wish I would have done the same with BB.

It's funny that Cranston will go down in history as a great anti-hero because he is a comedian in personality and by trade.

Bryan Cranston played Hal on Malcolm in the Middle for people my age growing up before he was Walter White. He's one of few actors who essentially has one of the great comedies and one of the great dramas for tv on his name at the same time.

I didn't really watch Malcolm in the Middle but I thought it was funny.

I was 12 when it started, so I literally grew up with most of the actors. The fact Jane Kaczmarek was also one of the best actresses for playing Lois didn't hurt. Kind of scary to think how good the acting for the parents on the show was.

I thought all the kids were pretty good too. They had consistent and unique personalities.

Surely this has been said before in here but someone should have put together an alternate ending where Walt's cancer goes away and he enters witness protection, becoming Hal of MITM

Just finished this show. Unlike most shows it got better with each season. From the season 5.1 finale where Hank finds the book to the series finale is about as good as television gets.

I bought the dvd set dirt cheap and watched the first 3 seasons. Then we took a break after watching the season 4 premiere. Kinda forgot about it for a few months. Binged the last two seasons which was 28 episodes in a few weeks. Glad we finished it.

The transformation of Walt was really cool to watch.

Still think a follow up with Walt jr, skylar (skyler?) , and Marie would be cool. May be a short 45 minute film or something. Maybe BCS will answer those questions
