There was a lot of smoke around Cuonzo to Missou. Like I said, a lot Pearlophiles will freak out because they've never heard of him, but outside of Lawrence Frank, this was the best realistic hire they could have made imo.

Everyone needs to get over the Stevens/Smart fever. UT never showed intrest in Smart and Stevens isn't going to leave a great thing at Butler for UT in it's current state. Cunzo Martin is a good hire and someone that WANTED to come to UT. He's done a great job at Missouri State and comes from the Gene Keady coaching tree. Instead of a meltdown how about actualy supporting the new hire and try giving him a chance. We was never going to get a Pitino, Stevens,Knight or Smart. I'm glad to get a young guy that is happy to be here!

Where did you get that from? I just stated my opinion. I actually think Martin is a solid hire. IMO Frank was a pipe dream. I certainly like Martin a Hell of a lot more than I would have Gregory.

I can see it now. If he sucks and most agree he sucks after a few years we will get called racist for wanting him gone. Looks like he will be here along time fellas bc of a few people who like to use the race word loosely.
