I just don't think he's quite that elite plus being a smart kid I think he will be here 3. He's talented but doesn't quite get me as excited as Stokes and Stokes could very well be here 3 years as well. It wouldn't hurt for him to be a bit bigger for the next level too.

Got the text just as I was leaving class, and turned to some random girl beside me and gave her a fist bump. Hahaha.

Yeah and before him Kevin Oneill was starting to get guys from there in his short time there....wade Houston before him couldn't get anyone not related to him.

Devoe was a bad recruiter so that pretty much takes us back to the seventies.

He's tall enough, has the frame, but as you said...definitely needs some muscle...

Fwiw he's already bigger than McRae haha

Funny earlier this week. I tweeted JW3 Nichols and Hubbs and told them that Tennessee was the right decision. I had a Duke fan tweet me and say that Basketball falls below Football, Football Recruiting, Women's basketball, and their recruiting. And that Duke and Virginia was better for them.

And my point was that a lot of us not being able to get anyone from west Tennessee is circumstance and not reality....great job by cuonzo and hopefully he adds a lot of talent to this class.

I had thought that it would be difficult for CCM to pull in a big fish this early in the recruiting class. I felt the elite players that were on the fence with UT would take the wait and see approach and committ in the spring after seeing the improvements.

Big props to CCM!!! He is showing us now that he can coach and recruit big time players.
