With the players we have, we shouldn't have gotten curb-stomped by UGA or by Vandy's soft team in TBA.

I don't think Pearl will give McBee or Bone scholarships. They'll be on the team regardless. He can use those scholarships for more recruits.

Case in point. Were you at the UT/KU game? There were an inordinate amount of KU fans there wearing their blue sweatshirts.

Luckily they will get to wear those blue ones again to the Florida game tomorrow.

But I know you're talking about people who actually want something more than a Sweet Sixteen appearance. How dare us.

Bruce need to tells his boyz for the first half no matter what the score is. DRIVE DRIVE DRIVE to the basket. if I see anyone pushing off for a worthless assist I will bench you. Bruce needs to tell them that he wants to see at least 3 charging calls during the first 10 minutes of play. On D we need to start seeing the crowd waving orange and white tubes. We have no distractions in this arena it sucks. I expect that the ushers will run up and down the aisles chanting and stopping like crazed giraffes in heat. Let there be light and let the skys of the Arena open up to thunderous cheers.

Pearl's son wants a scholarship! He's tired of his dad having to pay all that tuition, living expenses, books, etc.

:eek:k:I think the Vols desreve some credit and Bruce too. The Vols need some better scoring . The defense is good at times. Getting beat by Vandy was bad. Is Vandy that good? Just over a week ago some of the commentators mentioned that Vandy or the Vols are the only two teams in the SEC who have a shot beating the Kentucky Wildcats. Hmmm, well seems tha South Carolina did that already. Will the Cats lose more than 2 games in the conference? Would love to see the Vols beat the Cats at least once and be runner up in the East.:eek:k:I know that two college teams that wear blue will be the teams to beat (UK and KU) that's Kentucky or Kansas. Will there be a darkhorse team make it to the Final 4? Will there be a team from the ACC in the Final 4 (Duke or NC)?

I hate to hear these Bruce bashers. So hush up! Who else can do better with what the Vols have after losing some essential players. I give him credit. It's all in the players and Bruce getting them to concentrate and put it all out there on the line for the BIG ORANGE.
