Sorry - Stephen doesn't get a pass just because he's Jewish the same way Tubby Smith's kid doesn't get a pass just because he was AA. Neither should have been playing as much as they are and did and both only got to play as much as they are and did because their dad's were the coach.

Love me some Bruce Pearl, like SP's effort but aspects of his game are not very pretty. He does have a big nose as do I, so I see no problem saying so.

Hall's time will come next year. I think he can develop into a pretty versatile player with good range - something we will need lacking a true 5 next year.

That would be the worst defensive team in the country. It would also be the worst ball handling team in the country. But other than that.....great lineup.

Kenny just needs time to mature and get better on defense. He has a pretty good shooting touch, but fouls a lot. He will get a lot more playing time next year and that will help.
BTW the personal attacks on our players are sickening. Comment on how they play is fair game, but the personal stuff makes the people who do it look small and stupid. JMO

Too passive and thin for the 5 and too slow for the 4. You guys making fun of SP, please tell me how KH can hedge out on a high pick and roll. He's a liability there. Then some of you talk about him playing instead of Mcbee? wtf.

It's going to be rough next year if we don't sign a JC center. Even if Tobias stays, our front line will still be undersized. Harris, Hall, Mamon, and Swiperboy. Two 6'8"'s, a 6'7", and a 6'9". As stated, Hall is a foul magnet, so how many minutes can we count on from him? Unless we get a decent JC true center, I think we'll get killed inside by most teams in the SEC.

Of course, all bets are off pending the NCAA's final ruling.

I thought he was spot on. I dont agree with making fun of our players physical attributes, but there are way to many people on here who try to hide rational thoughts behind politicaly correct arguments or racism.

I sort of think that one reason CBP gives SP more playing time this season could be because he's a senior.

Pearl also said he is one of the best offensive post players he has seen, but he is not a good rebounder. Guess since we have no problem scoring with all the current guys getting playing time, we are just saving Hall for next year.

The real talent not playing is the transfer from Marquette. Ball handling and free throw shooting aside, he is a great rebounder, plays defense with great intensity and his offensive skills would grow with a little playing time. He really should be playing a lot more.

I'm sorry but Maymon is NO WHERE ready to get serious minutes yet....He probably will next year but he just doesnt appear to be in great game shape and he's still confused about his role....its not to shoot 15 foot fall aways...Plus the little sickness he had 8 games or so ago set him back...yeah that's all it takes to throw you out of the rotation....Maybe be a great talent later...but not yet....
