bruce to busy doing this stuff to teach defense and free throws

100% disagree. Kiff is no nonsense and all business from what I've seen so far.

And that differs from CBP how?

Look, I love CLK right now. Love CBP as well, although I don't agree with some of the late game play calling this year, or preparation for some games in general.

But none of that has to do with the fact that both of these guys are not as far apart as some of you seem to think.

IIRC, all 3 cases were fairly straightfoward. Positive test, second chance, then busted again and they were done.

What am I forgetting?
About a combined six failed tests between the group, the fact Smith and Crews openly disregarded Pearl's orders to stay out of two East Knoxville "establishments" for the better part of their entire stay in Knoxville, the fact Crews and Smith were late to team meetings and other obligations as often as they were on time,... If how he handled those three and Tony Passley is an example of toughness, Phil Fulmer was a modern day Simon LeGree.

To stop arguing with hat. He represents like 1% of the fan base. Let him be a miserable bastard, and take heart that everytime he sees Pearl, his blood pressure rises to a point he may no longer be able to handle.

Miserable bastard>>>>>>>>>>>Stupid SOB. I win, you lose.

I love it when people vastly overestimate the percentage of UT fans and alums who give the first damn about women's basketball.

I love it when people vastly overestimate your feelings about anything. Your opinion is no better than anybody elses. You are welcome to it, though.

That beig the case, I retract my previous statements.

I do not recall those requests and/or lateness being reported or discussed at any length.

But for the 6 failed tests between them, well, that would be about right. One pass and then another to get booted off the team.

I don't think I would confuse mouthbreathing homerism with a simple desire that all the programs at UT compete at the highest level. For you to write off the fact that Pearl has clearly brought the level of competition of the basketball program higher than it has ever been, save for maybe one 3 year stretch, simply proves you want to complain for the sake of complaining.

If/when you find satisfaction in saying you told us all so, the program failed and no one is better for it. But, like I said, you are entitled to your opinion.
