Several different people who have been right on things before and I know to have connections in the UT AD have said that Brown will be a Vol. So my opinion is that unless he has a change of heart, this will be the outcome.

Not challenging you at all on this, just cluing you in on my reasoning behind calling this one that way. It's actually a change of heart for me, I thought it was a long, long shot until his visit. What have I learned? Never doubt the ability of this staff to recruit.

And Vader, I can't believe you deleted my picture of Chavis in a dress. That was pure comedy. :)

Chavis in a dress was classic. Thanks for the info and I agree with your reasoning. Very deductive. Certain members here can tip their hat and some can't do it without dropping it in a puddle.

Someone at LSU writes that it was a sarcastic joke by a Ducks fan:

I read the thread on Rivals' Mainboard where it started.

It was clearly intended as a sarcastic joke. Then another Duck poster picked up on it, and added to it to keep up the joke.

Ex: Reason #1 why they went after Bryce Brown was because Nike only wanted Brian Butler to work for them because of his managing skills. Now they don't because Butler is looking at an Entergy job in La. and a similiar job in Tenn, so Nike pulled the offer to BB.

How this thread turned into War & Peace over nothing is really funny.

This is why I take all forum info with a grain of salt unless substantiated. Telephone effect is too rampant.

Well. I apologize. I didn't see that requirement.

Just thought that whether or not Oregon had an offer out was on-topic info that everyone would want to know.

Well, he did commit to doing a post-decision interview with him. I guess that is something. Truthfully, I guess I might have been expecting too much. I retract my negativity.

The update was that Bryce committed to coming back on a Tennessee based show that he knows covers NOTHING but UT after the signs.

I'm sorry if some were disappointed, but IMO, there's something to read into that. I never said I was going to be breaking the date that Jesus would come back. I said I had an update from a conversation I had with him earlier today.

Again, sorry if it wasn't up to your standards.
