Ok here it goes this is going to be a tangent so don't grammer correct.

BB is visiting Knoxville this weekend with his family on his own dime...good news for UT.

Only coaches and few media members were officially in the know.

OBV. BB became close with certain individuals on his first visit to Knoxville so they knew as well (LacyPearl)

LP supposedly told some friends who tolds some friends and the rumor got posted on GQ (message board on Volquest.

That thread got taken down for dirty things being said in it but it was to late the news was out.

In the meantime VSPN got a call from an upset BB because he thought either he or the coaches leaked the info, VSPN told BB that it wasn't that it came from the Student Body (rumors he heard)

Now Lacy is upset because she is being blamed for this hence her Facebook status...

Did Bryce actually think he could show up in Knoxville this weekend, talk to the coaches, and get a lil "strange" as well without the nation knowing? Forget about it.......

This has to be the single most bizarre recruiting saga ever....

Delay in signing, Butler, NCAA involvement (Butler's investigation and recruiting violations involving Brown), Lacy whoever, Facebook stalking, rumors galore, (supposedly) pulled scholarship offers, info leaks, supposed "lock" to UT, fasting...it's the gift that keeps on giving. Especially when we get his signature on that LOI next Monday :)

He is certainly getting an education in the ups and downs of the fame that will certainly come to him at a big-time SEC football program. We here are just part of the process of preparing players for the NFL! :whistling:

If the Browns are visiting (probably don't need the if), there's no way they could have made it in and out of Knoxville without being noticed.

Our staff is great with the secrets... recall the whole coaching search stuff. But they traveled out of town to make that happen.

It's just that Knoxville is full of football fanatics. The town evolves around the sport.

I'd suggest they handle it the same way our other celebrity athletes do. Go out and enjoy the city. People will respect their privacy fairly well.

Kiffin and Company can give them some great spots to dine and visit while they're in town. If you see them around town, just be polite as Vols fans always are to our own.

Only one tip and one idea... I wouldn't suggest sporting any UF or Bama crap. You could wear Oregon stuff and few people would recognize it, much less associate it with a football team, and it would give Wheaton one last woody before you crush his world next Monday.

Just saying... that's not a bad consolation prize for all the homering he's done here over the past month or so.

The only thing you are wrong on is that Bryce never, at any point, thought I possibly leaked any information.

I know you are being funny, but you should know that Lacey's parents have told several people they could possibly retain an attorney for comments such as this that they are taking notice of.

Not that they read this board, but I know they've made a call to another one to that effect.

Maybe the staff did leak this and instructed the person to claim that "a hostess" leaked it.

Perhaps this is LaceyGate and we need a congressional investigation.

For the love of God could someone please tell me who in the f VSBN or whatever the hell his name is. I am trying to decide if I should hate him or not too. And no, I am not going to read back over the last 50 pages to figure it out on my own. I went back 35 pages already and then had to be talked off the ledge.

just found out that the Ducks are on a quarter system and he could still play spring ball if he commits to them.
