I had no idea there were really 27 hours in a day. Did Bruce Pearl tell you that?

Logical on all accounts. Would involve a liar lying and a known invalid believing.

Seems to be a pattern.

This is such a strange analogy that people keep making. I don't equate any player (or coach) spurning us to being dumped by a girl. BB didn't bust his butt at UT, he left, and now he doesn't bust his butt at KSU. Calling it like one sees it does not mean the person feels like a middle school boy that just got his little heart stepped on.

Bold part is false.

Brown is at KSU against his will. He doesn't play because he doesn't care enough about that sorry ass program to put in any effort.

Only a colossal failure of a person could relate to that sorry ass attitude and try to pass it off as a legitimate reason for sucking at football.

Wake me up when he stomps off to the locker room early like UT's current starting tailback did 2 years ago.

Why don't you just wake up now considering you've already admitted he doesn't give a sht about his team or playing football.

Yeah, he seemed like a real work horse when he sat out of spring practice before finally deciding to quit. Dooley told him he was welcome to practice, but did he?

His dad was forcing him to sit out of practice against his will.

Or something like that.

What's the point of practicing with a team you won't be playing for anymore? Everyone praised his work ethic while Kiffin was here (you know, the coach who actually signed him to UT), even Eric Berry.

Really? A teammate complimented somebody's work ethic? Surely you jest!

What's the point of sticking around Knoxville for months if you know you're going to quit the team? Was he working up the nerve to send Dooley that text?

It's not just about "being a man and making your own decision" like a lot of morons think around here (see Brandon Willis thread). Different values and connections to family, however perverse or uncommon they are, are what drive many of these young men.

Not a soul here knows what his relationship with his father is. Maybe his dad would disown him if he hadn't moved home? Highly unlikely, but not one of you tools really knows.

But I guess he is just a big baby.
