Bubble Teams

Big Wins: Baylor, West Virginia, Kentucky.
Bad Losses: Rhode Island, Oklahoma, Arkansas.
Team Making Its Case: Illinois State.
Team Out Of Hope: Ole Miss.
Hope is a subjective word. If the Rebels win the SEC tournament, no matter how crazy that concept seems, they will be invited to the NCAA's as an automatic qualifier.

Yep. How does that hurt UF ? Who has a better shot at making it in Arky, MSU, or UF ? my guess atleast 2 make it.

The Big 12 will get 5, maybe 6 (depends on OU and Nebbish)
I do not see K-State getting in, unless they make it to the Big XII tournament championship game.

They will finish the regular season with 19 wins (yes, they will lose on the road in Ames.)

Huge opportunity for West Virginia to pad their resume at home against Pitt tomorrow night.

Florida will get in purely on what they accomplished these past 2 years. Arky may get the shaft due to UK's recent run, even though Arkansas deserves it more

Oglesby with a dagger 3 with 2.9 remaining to complete a 20 point comeback in the second half

Remind me, who won the Arkansas-Kentucky game?

Remind me who lost to both San Diego and G-W and was completely embarrased by Vandy. UK has had a better conference record than Arky and Arky did stumble up against some bottom feeders in the SEC and a loss to Appy State, but come on, 6-7? I like Billy as much as the next guy and think he's an excellent coach but in no way should UK get in. If they would have won today, then yes, but not unless they win out and make it to Sunday of the conference tourney should they get in. I don't think Arkansas should get in either, but they have more of an argument than UK. This whole judging the final 10 game stretch by the committee is B.S. It's the whole body of work that matters

I started to type correct me if I'm wrong, but then remembered where I was posting. Isn't the premiss of the final ten games to be more fair to the teams that are playing well at the end of the season? In the case of bubble teams, to weigh the decision on who is actually the better team now, not in say January.

I value a whole body of work, including a notable ooc win instead of a team going on a hot streak and winning in a conference down year
