Lol - 5 Gruden threads. Let's be honest though. CLK can't keep this staff together forever... we can only hope he continues to find great replacements. We won't always have Monte... but we'll always have Lane - that's the main reason I still would have rather had Gruden even with the staff Lane put together. Lane is in it for the long haul being the HC.

And no, I'm not saying I'm unhappy with Lane - because I know someone will try to spin it off that way if I don't add this part in.
