If true...and I stress the word "if"...do you think this means that the Glazers will try to hire Lane Kiffin away from Tennessee?

I mean, the last time Tampa Bay hired a coach, they went out and hired the head man from the Raiders....Lane was the head coach for the Raiders this year. Aw hell, this is going to kill our recruiting.

I think you should take a closer look at some of those threads and then ask yourself the same question.

That is right, Monte could have set up Lane as the OC at Tampa, after Monte was hired as HC. Monte then could have set up Gruden with Hamilton for an interview with UT, since Gruden has no ties to UT.
