We do? Based on what? They signed twice as many players from Georgia this year as we did. For crying out loud.

Btw, our stadium holds 102,455, not 107k.

Please do not let your facts get in the way of his exuberance :)
Been too long since Vols could brag about anything football related.
BTW, uga and the other schools just got the leftovers that CBJ did not want:)

Btw, 102,455 includes media, players, refs, coaches, etc. Also, game attendance figures are a huge source of athletic department pride and are also recruiting tools. Don't you think if we could possibly claim those extra 4-5k that we would. After all, we used to claim 107, 108, 109k when we could, before Neyland stadium remodels reduced the number of seats and hence total capacity.

Agree with you that other teams should concern themselves with the Neyland home field advantage....Butch should be able to capitalize on one of the game day environments in the country as he continues to accumulate more talent....that's ultimately is what makes the biggest difference.

Increase of 5k more vocal fans would make a huge difference in the overall decibel level...

For vandy.

For the Vols at Neyand, not a significant difference imo. :salute:

It's about being the largest stadium in the SeC on paper. I already know Neyland is the loudest.

Just curious, but why would Butch Jones build a wall around Georgia?

Wouldn't that make it harder to get the players out?

What you can't see is that is the South bound lane of I-75 which he is blocking. The North bound lane is wide open...
