If Millen is right then we have the total package. We know Butch can flat out recruit and promote the University.

We've seen Butch can recruit, mend fences with alumni ,former players and high school coaches and I have been wondering if he is a good in game coach. Looks like he is well thought of in that regard. Looks like we may have the total package. Sure hope so. Has anyone with nothing better to do taken the time to look at old Cincy videos to see if he's really good?

Any clock management or too many men on the field issues? LOL

The one proven thing that Butch came to UT with is his in game ability. His worst loss this year was by only 7. The 2011 vandy cincy game is on YouTube. Everyone should watch it.

The following sources, although dated, provide a good comparative analysis of the offensive schemes and, thus, personnel packages and specific skill-sets favored by former Cincinnati coach Brian Kelly and, more importantly, our new coach, Butch Jones:

Was about to post this. I thought Millen's comments were interesting. He was trying to speak to the coaches who are able to keep teams off balance with their play calling.
