Totally agree. I think Hart helped Dools with that hire. Lance would have helped them win at least 2 more games just by staying in a 4-3. Add in his background and if there was ever a coach deserving the job at that stage, it was him.

Don't know how much this factors in but RB coaches have only one position to coach. Dl gave atleast two or three depending DB's two OK 3. Being a RB coach also seems like more of a stepping stone entry level position.

Being a VFL is nice, but you still have to earn your money. Coach JG is still young in the game, he has a bright future, and he will be paid accordingly.

I agree, 950k for both isnt bad. We have paid big salaries to some coordinators at UT in the last few years, including 6 figures just for one.

I think Michael Bajakian is going to light the sec on fire within the next 3 years. Were going to tire out the Alabama's and make Florida mess up.

If Butch fails it will be because of the staff. It's not that great in my opinion. He couldn't get Tee, and what really sucks is Auburn just hired Biasacca. He should be at UT not Auburn. Hope I'm wrong.
