And UT beat UF by 20 this year without ZZ. You make adjustments.Just stating facts, but the two years that we had nice draws, we had injuries. ZZ was out 2 years ago. Kyle Alexander got hurt in game one in 2018. While Kyle wasn’t dominant, he was a key defender/contributor that would have helped against Loyola Chicago’s big man.
So you are of the opinion thatIF any coach uses the word blessing or blessed, do they really have the driven desire to attain greatness, I think not.
UConn and Texas Tech would have been very tough to beat.Getting screwed over by the refs in the SECT really killed our chance this year.
instead of getting that cakewalk bracket the lizards got (and got exposed in), we had to face a gauntlet with kentucky, houston).
If we had that #1 seed in the west bracket we would've broken through. But the refs screwed us out the SECT and the better team got the worse seed and bracket.
If it were only that simple. We made the Sweet 16 without ZZ, but losing your PG can only take you so far, especially against an FAU team that had good guard play. And UT beat UF by 20 this year without ZZ. You make adjustments.
IIRC, Alexander dressed out in that game vs. Loyola. I may have put him in on D near the end of the game just for his size. Just stand under the goal with your arms up. Didn't they hit a layup to go ahead?
Bruce has a WARRIOR mindset. Not a be thankful for any outcome mindset. Never show mercy is the winning way.Hey, look! Auburn showed up for their big game and won. See? It CAN be done. HA!
I know. Too soon. Gotta go keep things a little light around here so we don’t lose our minds. Myself included!
I knew Pat well and she would rip off the head of an opponent and stomp on it. Her Father was a real tough guy and thankfully put that fire in her. Ask any ole timer in Ashland City.Bad take. Real bad. Just terrible.
I believe Pat Summitt often said she was blessed. Did she have the 'driven desire to achieve greatness'?
