Byrnes vs St Thomas

that's solid.

Did you notice it was followed by a statement about how he dominates due to athleticism, which is all about fast twitch?

I was going to ask for a more in-depth explanation, but my hips weren't fluid enough.

oh hell, nice transition.

I just don't think you have what it takes, from a physical or mental standpoint. Spend a couple years in the recruiting forum and weight room, get your muscles twitching faster and get a new avatar, then you'll be ready to roll.

Did you play college ball bro?

Nope, I'm actually in college right now, sophmore. I played a 6 foot 4 HS freshmen walla go. He beat me pretty good. 36-8, 36-14, 36-18, and 36-30. Hell, Im only 5'8, lol. Had to shoot rainbows. Felt like Lofton over Durant except I miss.:)

3 future Vols will be on the field in this battle Miller, Willis, and Riggs. As far as Bernard getting exposed he might not play due to injury.

I've seen Byrnes play a couple of times in the last 3 years. They are well coached and have a lot of talent. Love high school ball.

I believe in hard work, so I'll do it...but, candidly, I think I've tapped my potential.

Sure, I do well in the main forum, and in the pub. But, with my limited fluidity and pedestrian-twitch muscle fibers, my game will never translate well to the recruiting forum.

Seriously guys, Jay is one of the grittiest and hardest workers we have on the team. No one knows the schemes better than him. he just goes out and plays when the lights come on. He may not be the best, but he's the heart and soul of this team.

I know STA is awesome, but I'm feelin' the Rebels tonight, 31-17. I am extremely bias, though.

The game is in Ft. Lauderdale. They changed the stadium where it was being played because they pre-sold so many tickets. Its about 14-15 hour drive from Duncan down there and Byrnes will have about 5000 folks there. They really get behind the Rebels over there.
good thing they flew out thursday morning

Nick Jones will play tonight for Byrnes. He has been injured all season. This is a huge boost for Byrnes, this kid is a playmaker.
