Byron D'Vinner back at it again?

I was over on VQ and ran across a D'Vinner thread. And according to one of the posters old Byron had this to say on his facebook.

D'Vinner just posted this on Facebook:

"Dear Butch Jones Tommy Thigpen and Martinez. I don't care if you tell recruits I'm not welcomed or I've been banned from UT. Let's air the laundry out. I have been cleared by the NCAA of any wrongdoing. Let's tell theae recruits the truth you fear me. This goes back to 2011 when NO Memphis kids wanted to go to UT and it's my fault. Yes I hate UT, but wouldn't tell a kid where to or not to go. The kids can see for themselves of your track record. Martinez has been run out of Georgia Oklahoma State and Auburn now you think he can win at UT NO! You should have kept Coach Dooley at least he didn't cheat and lie to the kids. So when you want to bash someone you might want to realize I have friends around the country that listen to me and no I have norhing good to say about that place in Knoxville. Look at how many Afro American kids have signed with UT that have been dismissed. All are not bad, but the culture in Knoxville isn't good for a Afro American ? with Jayson Swain and 3 others."

Apparently, he is still sore about not being allowed on UTs campus.

Those "Afro Americans" he speaks of wouldn't get dismissed if they didn't rob a pilot, get in bar fights, or rob a guy for $38 while he was in florida

I call BS. Byron D'Vinner isn't welcome at Tennessee because he still uses facebook to air his grievances.

When he upgrades to twitter, then we'll talk.

I could understand his frustration from his view point, but to pull the race card; really?

While he may have been cleared by the NCAA - he has been TOO CLOSE to many of the issues that are floating around. Funny - that he claims the coaches don't look out for these kids - what the hell is he doing?

Lets not get started on Dooley and his"character"

The man should not ever be allowed back on the UT campus. ANY recruit with ties to him should just understand up front Tennessee will NOT recruit them. I have no problem with it at all. Out with the trash.

When was he ever welcome here? Or did he expect us to open the door after he got busted dirty dealing with the other schools?

He's airing out the laundry on facebook instead of contacting them directly to solve any "grievances" he has? Yeah real good plan Byron. Nothing like using Facebook to solve your problems.

He's probably watching this thread so I wouldn't post anything negative about his grammar and spelling. He may threaten with a defecation lawsuit

Seriously tho, found this jewel in the archives for those wondering what's the real deal with Devinner. I've always suspected his operation to be Bama's latest method of manipulating and steering recruits in Tennessee away from UT. They'll never forgive the Means/Probation deal.

Says BDV delivered a player to Bama from the West TN Express.

BDV uses government Non-profit grants to run his non profit and uses them to purchase nice cars, etc. Reason he goes into Memphis to get recruits is because everyone in Nashville is on the up and up about him.

Who the hell would buy his book anyway?
