I was here, when he tweeted he would return. I seen the articles on him returning. Then a month later I am on here and folks are talking like he isn’t or not sure of returning. I am not on here everyday so I thought something was up but everything I looked up still said Tillman was returning. So I assumed it was some inside joke I missed along the way, since I have seen nothing anywhere but here that he is still deciding. GBO!Jeez man...if you had been here the day Tillman tweeted his return you would get it. It is silly to you because you weren't here.
Not so inside, and yes you missed.I was here, when he tweeted he would return. I seen the articles on him returning. I'm not sure obeying the NCAA is anything much more than optional at this point.Do you know that for sure? Not like it would be unprecedented. No one including the coaches knew Byron Young was ineligible until the day before the first game. The NCAA doesn't exactly operate on what I would call transparency or common sense.
I do. The one time exemption went into effect two seasons after his freshman gymnastics. Byron Young’s penalty was due to him participating in some games in prep school. Doesn’t happen if it was Bama or UGA, but it was open for interpretation. This is clear cut. Feel free to worry and vex tho.Do you know that for sure? Not like it would be unprecedented. The information on him needing a waiver came from an article that contained incorrect statements. The author of the article was basing his opinion on the fact that Bru has already transferred once (maybe twice technically) and is not a graduate transfer. Fact is that he transferred before the one time transfer rule went into effect, meaning he either already asked for a waiver for that transfer, or he sat out that season and redshirted. I believe he redshirted and did not participate in any games. His transfer to UT should fall under the one time transfer rule and thus not require a waiver as long as he is on course to receive his degree in 5 academic years.Do you know that for sure?
