Oh I totally agree. 7A Georgia football is tough. I wasn’t discrediting jj or crouch. I think both are very talented players and I’m excited to have that kind of talent. All I was saying is that to’oto’o can come in and compete with both of them and he would help our rebuild tremendously.

DW has probably been a silent for like 4 months now. We need to finish top 15 this year and top 10 next year.

You equate Bituli, DKJr and Ignont to “a ton of talent”? I like those guys and they (Bituli and DKJr) flash at times and are serviceable.....but I don’t think anybody can legitimately say we have a “ton of talent” in those two/at linebacker, considering that was one of our weakest positions last year. I think both Crouch and Peterson have great potential, but we need high-level depth and competition that a guy the caliber of HT can provide. It’ll be a bit of a blow if we miss out on him imo. Russell will be a consolation prize if Henry goes elsewhere and only a complimentary piece if he commits to UT.

This is going to get some of your bowels tore up, but if Pruitt is going to be considered an elite recruiter, this staff is going to have to figure out a way to win some of these toss-ups on NSD for elite recruits. Something they have not been able to do so far.
