I don't think so. Bama doesn't need to take risks with players. They can take virtually anyone they want. They may still want him with an injury but they don't have to. We on the other hand need to take the risk with some injured players to hopefully pull out of this hole we are in. Could backfire but we have to take the risk.Is this sarcasm?
Another thing I spotted in that thread was a post saying Andrew Bone (Rivals-BamaInsider reporter) was the one who'd said To'oto'o (per "a source") would be announcing at the Poly Bowl. If Bone is wrong it certainly won't be the first time, lol.247 stated and then checked and reiterated he's 100% announcing on NSD. Polynesian Bowl organizers have not heard anything of him announcing at the bowl.

That's the first I've even heard about him having a broken foot and surgery. Biggins' and Huffman's recent articles didn't even mention it, nor did Callahan in today's Vols LB targets thread.Sounds like things have changed, including his visits. He fractured his foot, had surgery a few weeks ago and is in a boot. Wonder if he'll even be cleared to play in the bowl?
CONCORD — All you really need to know about Henry To’oto’o is that he played the state championship game (Dec 8) on a broken foot, a gutsy performance that showed affection for teammates and passion for De La Salle...
It was a perfect season for To’oto’o and his teammates — that is, until the day before the Open Division state championship game against Mater Dei-Santa Ana (on Dec 8).
In a walk-through practice at St. John Bosco-Bellflower, To’oto’o made what he called a bad cut, and his left foot — which he said had bothered him for a few weeks — popped.
To’oto’o returned to the hotel with the team, had dinner and then went to urgent care with a trainer. “I got the X-rays and they saw that it was fractured,” he said. “I was kind of bummed.” But To’oto’o was determined to play...
To’oto’o, who needed surgery to repair the foot, took a recent a recruiting trip to Utah and plans to visit Alabama, Tennessee and Oregon before the February signing period. He visited Washington this fall. By February, he expects to be well on his way to recovery.
“In six weeks, I’ll be able to take the boot off, start moving around,” To’oto’o said a few days after the Mater Dei game...

Damn, he played on a fractured foot? That Madden toughness rating gotta be at least 93Several articles in California newspapers have mentioned he fractured it but I haven't read where he had surgery. Here is one. Says he fractured it the day before the state championship game. Still played some on defense.
CIF football: De La Salle falls short; Mater Dei repeats
He'll make it in. The staff has placed a priority on him and I think Niedemeyer has worked this situation as well as he can. He knows that he is a priority. That's why his video that I posted yesterday has "stressed till I got gray hairs" for the caption. It's a difficult decision, but if Niedermeyer can get Jordan Allen with his Mom's condition, and Dom out of Cali last year, he can get Henry T.
Bama has Golding and Tosh on him. Both are ILB coaches as well as Co-DC's. Bama has a stock of LB's that are Freshmen and Sophmores in Moses, Davis, and Wilson who were all 5*. Plus, a few 4*'s sprinkled in. But, our situation looks a whole lot better and he'd probably come right in and get plenty of snaps as a Freshman. Allen, Taylor, Johnson, on the Outside and Bituli and Ignont on the Inside who pose competition, but he has the ability to really make a difference at Tennessee.
