He’s already bringing in guys for visits that wouldn’t have happened otherwise. Getting the guys you want on campus is half the battle. Facilities, exposure in a great conference, and NIL that’s competitive with every other major program in the country, those are the tools Tennessee has to use currently.

When they commit and then subsequently sign then the impact is real. Otherwise it’s not. . Being a UT fan for 35 years I hope he is successful.
