I disagree. Love the white bread.

What ribs do you like in Memphis?

I like Centrals. The location across the street from the MLK Museum.

Blues City Cafe for me.

Gus's Fried Chicken is the best fried chicken I have ate. Not fond of the piece of white sandwich bread they serve with it but the chicken is very good.

I love Gus's, always a go to when I have family in town. Each location is different though. I also like the white bread. Seems most places that serve a plain piece of white bread have awesome food.

And in regards to Calhouns, it's always good food but never really great. Can't beat the atmosphere of the on the river location.

In Gatlinburg - Cherokee Grill. Best overall. Best value for good food in PF is the Pottery Barn Cafe & Grille. Across from the Old Mill. That's where you go for good desserts as well.

Deadend's best meat is the brisket IMO.

The atmosphere in that restaurant is great! It's a Copper Cellar family restaurant also.
