Calipari already milking the refs...

What? A coach working the refs? Never.

Are you always this bit%#y, or just in the evenings? I bet you're a ball to be around. How many times have you kicked your dog today? Relax, its not the end of the season.

Are you always a complete a$$clown?

Where would you be in life without a Tennessee message board to thump your chest on during basketball season?

Calipari suggested it will be important the officials stay on top of the action:

"Let's make sure it's about basketball,'' he said. "Let's make sure it's about execution, making shots and playing ball. And we don't get into a mud-wrestling match with everybody. We want to play basketball.''

IMO he knows if this is a physical game that that is tennessees best chance. I'm sure he's also trying to make sure his players are protected after the way LSU went after Anthony Davis.

Is telling the refs how to ref before the game similar to criticizing the refs after the game (which is not allowed). I mean shouldn't this type of commentary by coaches be discouraged. It appears that it might have had some effect on the officiating tonight.

I said this later in the thread that this should draw a fine but definitely won't.
