Major difference is the guy in the Making of a Murderer documentary actually looked like a murderer. I never bought that Netflix documentary trying to make him look innocent. However, OJ doesn't have that look. Like I said earlier, I think I'm a pretty good judge of character. I can spot a person who looks capable of committing an evil act like murder. OJ simply didn't look like a murderer. Now his son? That guy definitely looked like he was capable of murder. That is why I believed that BBC documentary. It wasn't about the evidence they presented. It was the fact OJ didn't have the look of a murderer but his son did.

The eyes don't lie. As they say, its a gateway to the soul. And people who are murderers or capable of murder typically have a very vacant empty evil look to them. Didn't see that with OJ. Don't see it with Isaiah Wright. But I definitely saw it with that guy from the Making of a Murderer documentary. And I also saw it on OJ's son.

You're joking right? Right?

It's all in the eyes?

People swore up and down Ted Bundy was the nicest guy they knew it he was a serial killer. Dennis Rader led a Boy Scout troop and was president of his church but confessed to killing over a dozen women and children in sick heinous crimes.

Looks, eyes, job, position of standing, marital status none of that means anything! You can't convict someone on appearances and you can't declare innocence on it either.

You know what does matter? EVIDENCE!! There is not a shred of legitimate evidence linking anyone but OJ to that crime. Anyone who had half a brain could recognize that.

Go ahead and blame it on the eyes. But as someone who has worked with law enforcement, been to crime scenes and looked into the eyes of killers...you are delusional.

I'd like to add on what authority do you have on judging people by their eyes? Are you divine? Psychic? God? How can you hold your personal judgment on guilt or innocence by "eyes" in such high regard?

- D4H

If only he had become a police officer instead of an internet troll. The world could have been a much safer place.

Agreed. If OJ didn't do it it, who did? Currently Netflixing the people v. OJ Simpson...the jury was out to acquit from jump. Then Darden insisted on OJ trying on the glove. And then the prosecution mistakenly put Furman on the stand. He was closet racist, but as the evidence proved, there was no way OJ was framed.

I highly recommend Jeffrey Toobin's book, which serves as the source material for the show. It breaks down issues that wouldn't have played well on TV.

The fact that D4H seems convinced of this guy's character from a TV show is laughable, but if you are going to draw conclusions about people from TV shows, I would draw the opposite conclusion about Isaiah Wright.

I thought the guy was a punk on Last Chance U. I didn't see the good heart D4H is talking about (doesn't necessarily mean he has a bad one either). You can't realistically conclude "hey, that guy will eventually murder someone" from how they act, especially on a TV show, but he didn't really seem like the greatest person either. He had an absolutely horrible attitude (as do most of the players on that show) and a complete unawareness of the talent he was wasting.

I think volinbama said it best: he came off like a kid that would get in trouble if he wasn't playing football. That can be said for a majority of the kids on those EMCC teams.

Im sure the victims family will agree.

They were arrested is all the information I have and that doesn't always mean guilty and convicted. I'll let the cops/DA do their job and NOT rush to judgment on something I know next to nothing about.

The family, I'm sure, has more information to go on and when all the fact and evidence come to light hopefully justice will be swift and sure.

Wright had power five skills, his selfish behavior prevented that from happening. On the show he seemed like a young man with big goals but lost on how those goals are achieved.
