like I asked earlier, back up your claims. Let's see where I said what you said I said. I cant prove a negative, that I didnt say something; but you should be able to prove a positive, that I did say something.

Because that argument doesnt sound like me at all. I have addressed the problem of my unimpeded free movement in a car in my life. not sure why I would propose violence to solve a problem I have solved peacefully and practice every work day.

Again you turn to conflating arguments, yes there were cases argued for running over people blocking streets, but no it was not while those blocking the street were peaceful.

I am not spending my morning digging up that old crap. And truthfully, I am not 100% sure you said it, but it was the argument of many. Emergency vehicle passage and the freedom to move freely about were the big justifications on this board.

So now we are EMTs to run over people? That seems like a contradiction. I dont think cops get to freely run over pedestrians when chasing down bad guys. At least without consquences. I think that is one of the reasons against high speed chases.

The issue with your, luther, LG, and now zepps argument here is it's based on one sides hypocrisy while ignoring your own. If you want to have a real conversation at least establish a hard metric of when it's ok, and then admit your own hypocrisy. Because right now it seems like its:

"Their stance": ok to run over BLM but not ok to run over Canadians (subjective)
"Your stance": not ok to run over BLM but ok to run over Canadians. (Subjective)
Lilreb stance: run them all over (objective)
Louder's stance: only run them over if they are violent. (Somewhat subjective)
LG stance: ok to run them over as long as they have a bad cause and low chance of winning, and some how I can blame Trump (So subjective its laughable)

My stance is that impeding traffic is unacceptable absent advance permitted type approval.

Sadly he is correct. That is the main reason why China can play us and most of the world as their bitches. We run our country in 4 year cycles and do not plan beyond that. No president can (used to) take the chance at a trade war with China because it will hurt our economy and most importantly to them is their reelection. China can play the long game where we barely look past next week.
