That doesn't explain why certain cancers run in families, or certain risk factors may you more likely to have cancer, i.e., cancer rates are lower in people who eat a vegetarian diet.
Diet has a bigger role then industrial factors IMO.
Wouldn't meat diets be collinear with industrial sources? Just a thought. Consumers build up toxins and such from producers. I would expect people who only eat producers to not have as much exposure.
Don't mistake me, though. I don't think cancer is a product of industrialization, outright.
