Okay this is like the dumbest argument ever but were just trying to make a point here, our suite mate for some unknown reason thinks that Candice Parker would lose to Skylar Mcbee if they played one on one. I mean I love Skylar to death, but lets be realistic, Candice would win. And I'm kind of sexist, but again I still say Candice Parker would definitely beat Skylar Mcbee one on one, who agrees, disagrees.

hahah. Well let's just put it this way. When I was at GT, a buddy of mine was asked by the girls coach to come scrimmage with them. Long story short, it was 5 guys that didn't play college basketball, and probably played just a little high school ball, and the guys would win 9 times out of 10 against the girls' starters.

I feel like Candice Parker is like the best women's basketball player ever, in my opinion, and Skylar Mcbee is a walkon who shoots threes. I mean I am by no means saying Skylar wouldn't be capable of beating her, but he wouldn't win ten out of ten times.

If Skylar couldn't beat her 10 out of 10, he wouldn't have been able to walk on.

I went to a small NAIA school, and me and my friend played a lot of playground ball. My career peaked as a bench player in high school only starting like 3 games. My friend never played any organized ball.

Well, the star of the woman's basketball team decided she was going to make punks out of me and my friend and came over and challenged us to a two on two matchup with her boyfriend who played on the men's basketball team.

Me and my friend soundly beat them three times on a row...like 15-1 the first time. The forth time they made it close, but we still won. She was nicer to us from then on.

Anybody that honestly believes Parker would win probably just has never played organized basketball. Not trying to be insulting, but I think most people that have would think otherwise.

Skylar would win definitely. Skylar is every bit as athletic as Candace and just because he is a walk on does not mean anything. He played good minutes for us early in the year and helped us in some close games.Ilove Candace but girls and guys basketball just isnt the same.

This even surprises me a little. The fact that the boyfriend was on the men's basketball team should have probably been enough. The fact that your friend never played makes this really surprising.

I don't understand the concept of organized basketball and the one on one thing.

There are some NAIA players that are pretty good. But there are some guys that I have played against that played NAIA that I'm better than. I'm guessing that this guy was probably one of those type players.

McBee, a 6’3 male who can shoot the ball and played significant minutes on a team with Top 10-15 level talent as a Freshman would crush Parker, a 6’4 175 pound female who has limited range as a shooter and has dominated girls. In fact Dwight Tarwater, a Webb Sr. who’s a mid-low level college prospect could crush Parker one-on-one. The fact that you think this would be close is disturbing.

If Mcbee played like he did the first half of the season then I say not even close, but if he played like he did the 2nd half, then I would say Candace may win a few games.

the only way she could win would be to out shoot him, and I just don't see that happening. Title 9 sucks

Candance Parker, Maya Moore, and Chamequia Holdsclaw would all beat Skylar McBee.

Its stupid to assume these women are normal women...they are the few that can hang with men.
