Exactly. It forces other sports to fold while all they do is put out a crappier product than the men's teams. If they could pay for it themselves, then I'd be all for women's sports. But they can't, and they never will.

Unfortunately, in this country, some people's rights have had to be forced on others. I'm just saying title ix didn't come about because of athletics or anything. To me it's just equal rights stuff. That's all. Sorry for the dust up.

I say D1 schools should redesign women's sports around their given skill sets. Forcing the woman into a belief that she can be autonomous, thus deciding her own interests, only leads to disappointment.
