Yep, and it's sad. Go over there at any time and half of their threads are about UT in some form or fashion. They want to belong on the college football landscape so bad that it kills them that they're still ignored. They're like the little kid screaming at the top of his lungs in the store begging for attention from anyone.

I know. I visited vandymania one time (lurked, didn't sign up), and I believe there was 3 threads on the front page about UT or "ewwT", lol. I thought it was funny. The only team they care about beating on there schedule is UT. Maybe if they worried about their other games, they'd do better??

More funny Vandymania stuff, apparently their site went through some kind of update and now it's really messed up. But that's not the funny part. On their football forum, some Vandy fan started a thread saying he's no longer banned on the UT and UK Scout boards, and proceeds to act like those boards just ban people at the drop of a hat.

Which that's just hilarious considering how easy it is to get banned there.

More Vandymania goodness:

In the "A long time observation and a question for fellow Vandy fans?", one Vandy poster actually said this about Vandy fans:

"We are the best behaved fans in the SEC, and that's fairly obvious."

LOL...good one. They have the nerve to say this, then a few posts later they berate the one Vol fan allowed to post there.

As much as we suck, we're going to beat Vandy.

There's a reason they've won 1 time since their 1982 win. As I've pointed out, 2 of the best teams in 30 years couldn't beat our worst teams in 30 years in the past 4 seasons.

I don't care if they are favored or not, they'll find a way to lose, just like 2008 and 2011.

But not like 2005. Vandy could beat this Tennessee team. IMO, it depends how the next 3 play out. IF UT goes 0-3 or 1-2, they won't have much if anything to play for. They could fold VS Vandy.

It's going to be virtually the same scenario as last year, just at Vandy's stadium; which will be over 50% UT fans. Did you see the stadium Saturday, even as "good" as Vandy is playing and as bad and Auburn is playing, it was at least half Auburn fans.

They couldn't get it done last year, they won't get it done this year.

Better coach based on what? Who has Franklin beaten that makes you say, "Damn, that was a good win." Candy still hasn't beaten a team worth a damn. Dooley hasn't done much, but UT rolled Cincy last year and Cincy beat Candy with a QB with one leg. UT also beat NC State this year. That's two teams better than Candy has beaten. Candy hasn't beaten anyone worth a damn. If anything, neither of them have beaten anyone really.

That's precisely WHY I will make fun of them, they can't beat us when we're at our worst and they are at their best.

Again, 2008 and 2011; 2 of their best teams in decades, still can't beat our worst teams in decades.

You guys have said for the past 2 seasons that Franklin is a better coach and how they are better, yet he couldn't beat Dooley head to head, and Vandy in that time still hasn't beaten a good team. Franklin's best win has been over a 6-7 Wake Forest team last year.

There's nothing silly about it. Guys like you were saying this same crap last year and Franklin couldn't get it done. His team has beaten 3 nobodies.

You guys really have nothing to back up your assertion that Franklin is so much better, other than UT is down and Dooley isn't getting it done at UT. That should tell you how much Vandy sucks.

Except there was nothing wrong with my logic. When a team loses 29 of the past 30, it's pretty logical to say the same thing is going to happen this year. Especially when almost the exact same scenario as last year is happening this year. But yes, let's ignore the facts there Gomer.

And nobody said anything about you being a Vandy fan; the ones here calling for a Vandy win aren't.
