here is the pie crust recipe

Butter Pie Crust | Land O'Lakes

I do plan to bake the crust a couple of minutes first,to help it set a bit better

You could have at least taken a picture of yours! They look amazing though, that is something I would like I'm sure!

A couple things with it

1. the recommendation is to use parchment paper in the pan...unnecessary. Pam (Baking), well applied, worked just fine.
2. don't over-apply the bottom layer or else you WILL run out on top and be SOL

considering I'm not a baker by any stretch of the imagination, they turned out delicious and are something I'd consider my first go-to dessert from here on

lol that is what got me baking,my girl friend bought me a brand new KitchenAid stand mixer,i figured I should know how to use it and since then I've found out that i like to bake

I even figured out how to make great biscuits and you don't even use a mixer for those :)

One of my favorites

This is All You Need:
1------10 ounce bag of Milk Chocolate Melting Wafers.
1------10 ounce bag of White Chocolate Melting Wafers.
1------16 ounce jar of “Creamy” Peanut Butter.
Mini Paper Liners (at least 70---get 100).
Large Zipper Bag (or better yet---A Candy Making Funnel).
Microwave.

Easy Instructions:
#1----Pour all the wafers and the Peanut Butter into a microwave safe bowl.
#2----Microwave on High for 2 minute intervals until all ingredients are melted.
#3----Stir well with a wooden spoon, until completely combined & smooth.
#4----Pour mixture into heavy zip top bag, close & cut one corner off.
(Better yet get an “Easy-pour Candy Making Funnel”)
#5----Place Mini Paper Baking Cups on a tray.
#6----Squeeze Chocolate mixture into each cup, until about ¾ full.
#7----Place tray into Fridge until set.
#8----Remove from Fridge & enjoy. Store in containers with lids.

Note:*I like to keep mine in Fridge. No need to go in Freezer like my Reese's PB Cups.
You can also keep them out, but they will get soft, just like any chocolate candy.
However they hold up well being at room temp' during the length of time of a party

what you think of subbing Marshmallow Crème for PB...My daughter is having a b-day party Sunday and asked for these but there's at least one kid there with a peanut allergy

look good 72....
We made the chocolate and marshmallow cups last night for her party this afternoon. Subbing the MM crème, for Peanut Butter made a huge difference to the consistency..

They turned out gritty, I think the sugar in the Crème crystallized. So they aren't as smooth as the chocolate and peanut butter.
